partners. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this Website (“the site”). Please read these Terms and Conditions care-
fully before using this site as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. Your use of this site indicates your agreement to
be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the following Terms or Conditions you must not use

Changes to this Website
We may make improvements or changes to the information, services, products and other materials on this site, at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms and Conditions on this site. Our Obligations
Although we aim to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that the services at our site will meet your require-
ments. We cannot guarantee that the services will be fault-free. If a fault occurs at the site you should report it to info@fever-de-
sign.co.uk. We will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can. Your access to the site may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to restore the service as soon as we reasonably can.

that constitutes a criminal offence, or otherwise breaches any applicable laws, regulations or code of practice; interfering with any
other person’s use or enjoyment of the site; or making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright
without the permission of the owner. You will be responsible for our losses and costs resulting from your breach of these obliga-
tions. Without prejudice to any of our other rights (whether at law or otherwise) we reserve the right to deny you access to this site
